As a human resources professional with 20 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of workforce development, recruitment, compensation, performance management and benefit administration. Prior to launching Liz Ford Designs, I’ve held several HR leaderships positions in municipal government, K-12 and higher education.
